Q. Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we do require an appointment to try on bridal gowns. However, if you would like to pop in to take a look you’re more than welcome to stop by! You can also shop our Untamed Petals accessories collection at any time during regular business hours.

Q. This is my first time shopping, how many people should I bring and how long should I plan on being there?
This is a big decision and often times – it can be overwhelming! So, we recommend you bring only a few key people who will listen and provide helpful guidance during your appointment. Though large groups can be fun they can be a little distracting and tend to take away the focus from finding YOUR perfect dress.

Q. Do you offer rush dresses?
Of course! Just come on in and we can talk you through your options!

Q. Do you offer alterations?
Currently we do not have in-house alterations but we are happy to recommend a few local experts who are sure to make your gown fit just right!

Q. What is your return policy?
Since all gowns are made to order they are Final Sale. Don’t worry – we’ll walk you through the process and make sure you LOVE your dress before placing your order.
