Q. Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, bridal styling is by appointment so we can give you the time, space and attention you deserve. Just want to take a peek? Book a 15-minute Browse the Shop appointment- just call or text the shop to book.

Q. This is my first time shopping, how many people should I bring and how long should I plan on being there?
Bring the people whose opinions you trust — and who will keep the focus on you. 🤍 We find that a smaller group makes it easier to listen to yourself and enjoy the experience. Our Styling Appointments include the bride + 3 guests, and if you want to bring the whole crew, our VIP Moondance Experience accommodates up to 8 guests.

Q. Do you offer rush dresses?
Yes! If your wedding is coming up quickly, don’t panic. We have designers with shorter production timelines as well as gowns available to purchase off the rack. Book an appointment and we’ll show you what can work with your timeline.

Q. Do you offer alterations?
We don’t offer alterations in-house, but we’re happy to share our trusted local recommendations. Once your gown arrives, your seamstress will work her magic to make the fit completely yours.

Q. What is your return policy?
Because our made-to-order gowns are ordered especially for you, all gown sales are final. We’ll walk you through sizing, timing and all the details before your order is placed so you can feel confident every step of the way.

Q. What size gowns do you carry?
We want every bride to have beautiful options to try on. Our sample gowns range in size from 00-28, and your stylist knows all the tricks for helping you see how a gown will look and feel in your size.

Q. How much are your gowns?
Our made-to-order gowns range from approximately $1400-$4800, with most brides spending around $2300-$3500 We also have select sample gowns available at special pricing.

Q. How far in advance should I shop for my gown?
We recommend starting about 9–12 months before your wedding when possible, but every designer and every bride is different. Working with a shorter timeline? Come see us — we have options.

Q. What should I wear to my appointment?
Nude undergarments are perfect. Shapewear is completely optional, and you usually won’t need a bra. Most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable — we’ll take care of the rest.

Q. What if I find my gown at my first appointment?
Then we celebrate! ✨ Many of our brides find the one during their first visit. There’s no magic number of stores or dresses you need to try — when it feels right, it feels right.
